Photo credit: Fabio BressanelloMichele Dal Bon was born in Venice in 1966. From a very young age he showed a strong artistic talent.

After graduating, he worked to support himself in various sectors of industrial sales and in some glass factories in Venice and Murano.
He soon began to collaborate with his father in the world of jewelry, becoming passionate about precious stones and art with the aim of opening his own shop which he built in 1994.
The same year he enrolled in the Faculty of History of Art and Goldsmith at Ca’ Foscari, unable to complete his studies because he was totally absorbed by the new activity.
He attends goldsmith pattern making courses at IRIGEM in Rosà di Vicenza and specializes in gemology at the Gemological Institute of America in Vicenza.
In 1995 he created the jewels for the Fenice theater and the following year he joined the commission of experts and experts of the Venice Chamber of Commerce and began acquiring important designer and antique jewels.
In 1997 he attended a marketing course dedicated to jewelry at SDA Bocconi in Milan and met the greatest Italian managers in the sector. He studies the works of Carlo Scarpa and is passionate about antiques, design and art history. From these passions the collections of TRENTAPERDIECI and GLASS THOUGHTS are born. Furthermore, in 2020, during one of his Milanese travels, he buys precious silk fabrics with architectural stylistic features and from here the ALCHIMIA collection was born.
In 2021 he met his photographer friend Fabio Bressanello and the new IMURI collection was born.

Dal Bon prodottoLe Zoie is a Venetian brand that combines traditional craftsmanship with design: iron and glass, strength and fragility, leather and silk, vintage vibrations & luxury.
In 2021 Michele Dal Bon participates in Milan Design Week with the projects presented here in the BigAppleDesign store (5Vie district) and around the city with Pixel City an original way to “play” with augmented reality that will make “Alchimia” appear and allow interaction in social networks. These anticipations will then take us to Venice where we will meet augmented reality in Campo S. Giacometto and we will go to meet Michele Dal Bon in his studio.

Projects:

TRENTAPERDIECI
Architectural modernity and artisan tradition coexist in the harmony of this lounge area
furniture made of two-seater sofa, two armchair and one coffe table with the shape of a boat
keel supported by two double Venetian opposed bricole, a clear tribute to the 1600 birthday
of Venice.

IMURI: Venetian plasterworks “abstract masterpieces never painted”
Fabio Bressanello’s photography meets the design of Michele Dal Bon in an exclusive
collection.
Glass that speaks with bold colors. The push & pull opening with blue motion of the drawers breaks down in a playful movement the abstract images imprinted on glass.
The architectural finishes in skeleton brass give to the furniture solidity and elegance.
Designers: Michele Dal Bon & Fabio Bressanello

ALCHIMIA limited edition
