Design as a tool for implementing change

Talks, VDW2022

Design as a tool for implementing change:
circular economy, resistances and opportunities

The conference starts from the assumption that good design must be attentive to sustainability, and be able to trigger positive changes, both in the production cycle and in social interaction in urban environments or interiors dedicated to the transmission of content, such as schools or museums. We will see what the resistances to change are and what the opportunities might be in specific sectors.

Speakers:
Anna Anzani associate professor of Interior Architecture and Exhibition Design at the School of Design of the Politecnico di Milano
Anna Aurora Lombardi designer and director of MuDeFri
Ico Migliore architect, designer, professor at Politecnico di Milano, chair professor at Dongseo University di Busan (Corea del Sud)

Moderator: Elena Vai, PhD University of Bologna and member of the Centre for Interaction with Cultural and Creative Industries.
